Come join the Digital Duo, Jack and Sue Drafahl, as they hold their week-long photo class for the 11th year at Capt. Don't in Bonaire. This class is designed to help photographers learn the ins and outs of shooting digital cameras underwater. The Drafahls will help with all levels of underwater cameras from point & shoot cameras, to the more sophisticated digital SLR cameras. The activities during the week will include informative lectures, hands-on demonstrations, personalized dives, photo critiques, and plenty of time for answers to your questions. To maximize our diving time, all lectures will be held at 4:30 in the afternoon and additional lab time in the evenings in the roomy air conditioned classroom. Some of the topics to be covered are: digital camera operation, getting a good exposure, image resolution, proper lighting techniques, composition, macro tips, wide angle, white balance, RAW file conversion, image storage, databases, and basic image editing.
