does anyone know where to get a ballest.dr is charging 175 to install one bit pricey
i think well i sent it off last week but still want to know if anyone as a idea how to find one thanks

If you find out, let me know. As far as I can tell it is next to impossible to get ballasts from brightstar unless you are ordering a large wholesale order. I'm pretty sure diverite uses brightstar bulbs and ballasts. It seems like DIY guys are mostly buying trailtech bycycle lights to pirate parts because they are not available otherwise. The trailtech lights are fairly inexpensive but not really helpful for your needs.

Assuming you have a 10watt HID, Dive Rite uses Welch Allyn. Welch Allyn sells direct to customer via web store.

This one is the one Dive Rite uses
Welch Allyn - Lighting Products Division
