TODAY,Saturday, at 2pm DiveSeekers will have Brandon McWilliams coming to the shop for a Photography presentation on Caves - "WET ROCKS: Beauty of the Underwater World"

This is our first "Live" feed for presentations!!! Our goal this year is to give our customers more content. We plan to achieve this through live guest speaker presentations, product knowledge, in water demos and live lectures as well.

LIVE FEED - DIVESEEKERS TV

Photographer Brandon McWilliams is a passionate, highly trained rebreather diver. He crews on the New Jersey dive boat the Independence II and really enjoys Photography both on land and underwater. Whether he is hiking up a mountain, exploring ship wrecks or caves, he always has his camera with him, just waiting to capture the moment.

WET ROCKS: Beauty of the Underwater World Photography Presentation is going to focus on both Florida and Mexico's Caves! While yes, cave diving can be perceived as dangerous or extreme, what people don't get is the Beauty that draws us to them. Common response by cave divers is they love the thrill of the exploration, what's around the next corner? What is the next room going to look like? What formation are we going to see? How far can we penetrate? What depth will we hit? While doing it, you really feel like you are in outer space exploring a new planet. It's this escape/thrill that keeps us coming back for more. The common response by non-cave divers is that "Wet Rocks" are boring!

In this presentation, through his photography, Brandon hopes to shed some light on this aspect of diving and help you understand that it's just not "Wet Rocks" but that there is real Beauty to the Underwater World of Caves!

Great presentation - was glad I was able to check it out!
