I'm happy to report that the Spree once again received a permit to operate in the Dry Tortugas National Park for 2010/2011. I don't know the status of any other applicant, but there were 19 diving applicants for 4 permits.

1.) Spree 2.) Ultimate Getaway 3.) Playmate 4.) RV Tiberon (sp?) (#4 is a guess on my part).

I don't know who the other applicants were. NPS is pretty funny about what information they give out, and the rumors are flying. Seems like they gave out more birding permits than diving.

Yes, NPS put on their website that 4 permits were handed out. I know the first 2 on your list as well as number 4 got one because I asked them. I only assume number 3 did because I saw them out there so much.

I'm sure a "FOIA" request could get you the complete list of who replied.

Under the FOIA laws, they would have to provide it. (if you really wanted to know).

I just got an email from Sail Juliet and they say they have a permit for Dry Tortugas
for this year.
