I have a DS-125 that the plastic tabs the lock the Battery to the Stobe have broken. Do I need to send the whole unit back or can I just order a replacement shell?

Sorry to hear of the problem. We can definitely replace the broken toggle for you. At the same time it's great to let us have a look at the strobe head and make sure everything's in good working order.
Alternatively you can request a replacement toggle assembly through our office:
