If you want to do the Tech Deep straight away then you also need Rescue first. If you do the Apprentice first as a separate course then you only need AOW - and less dives. Rescue is a VERY good course to take though.

I'm planning my rescue and a couple of other specialities about Christmas, I plan on getting a few more skills before doing rescue 
Keep up the good work, & have lots of fun. Rescue is going to be kick. Out of all the classes I've taken so far that one was the most fun, & gave me the most improvment as a Diver.
