Another vote for Buffett's "A Pirate Looks at Forty" Though the last time I heard him he sang "...looks at 50" Cool.

"Down to the River to Pray" from the soundtrack to "O Brother, Where Art Thou?"

"Strawberry Fields Forever" by the Beatles is not exactly a song about diving, but many of the lyrics are very appropriate. "Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going..."

"Sea Change" from the Alliance Theatre (Atlanta) production of "The Little Baby Snoogle-Fleejer" This one is my own, so I am biased. :musical_n
