Florida State Parks that allow Diving (List)

Not a state park -- but does anyone know if you are allowed to shore dive off of Fort De Soto?

I know there aren't necessarily any specific attractions there, but people snorkel there so it seems like it could be a fun leisure / check out spot for new equipment or weighting, buoyancy checks, etc.
I’m not aware of it being restricted, but it’s not regularly done. Not a whole lot to see there. Shore dives in this area are not that common as it’s mostly sand, poor vis and shallow. More to see at Egmont, but even then, snorkeling is probably more common.
