So I have my first spate of dives scheduled for the upcoming year (Sund Rock and Les Davis Pier in Puget Sound, Hood Canal spots in March, Maui in July, Puerto Vallarta in December) but may be able to take a trip south along the Pacific coast from home in WA state to Socal with my sis and bro in law.

If we can steal a week or two we will head south from Puget Sound in our RVs, hiking and diving our way south. Oregon seems to lack in must-see spots from a cursory search, but has some promising freshwater spots. Anything must see thereabouts? Once we hit California I've got a pretty solid idea of what to focus on. We will be shore diving for the most part. There doesn't seem to be a ton of interesting spots north or Eureka to dive, but there is plenty of hiking.

Thoughts? Off the trail spots that are not to be missed?
