Last year at the International Public Safety Diver Conference in Laughlin, NV we discussed Electrical Shock Drowning and the need for public safety divers and underwater investigators to be aware of the phenomena. An excellent article has been published and is available online at: Electric Shock Drowning (ESD) Explained - Seaworthy Magazine

This topic is so important that we will address it again at this years conference. Kevin Ritz will join other industry professionals to educate and share information with dive team leaders, investigators and public safety divers. The conference is scheduled for October 21-24, 2013 in Panama City Beach, FL.
