found a fin at the nubble

Last night (7/20/06) I found a fin at the Nubble in about 15 feet near the exit point

Black, not sure what kind maybe biofin...haven't checked that. Looks brand new maybe first time used even

Will gladly provide to owner if anyone speaks up
