I lost a weight pouch for my Seaquest BC (large pouch size) with a 3 pound soft weight inside off of Key Biscayne last week

In order to collect said item, you must be able to describe the pocket and how much weight was in it. Sadly, you don't get a refund on the weight, as it vanished. *Poof*
