Freediving Class in NorCal with David Laird

My husband and I took a freediving class yesterday with David Laird through Wallins Dive Center in San Carlos. We had a great time and this class is a great intro into freediving. It's quite different from SCUBA and well worth the trip from Napa.

That's great. David has been a long time advocate of educating people about freediving and spearfishing. He teaches a great class and has contributed to so many getting started or fine tuning their existing skills. I was just speaking with him last week, and he mentioned he was also teaching a class in Santa Cruz at Aqua Safaris if anyone is interested.
