Dove Second Cove yesterday morning, High Tide at 8:36. Rain and wind the prior day may have stirred things up, really poor vis even for RI. Water temp is starting to creep up, I saw 59F at about 30 feet. Few skate, lobster, flounders to see.
Along the far wall from the entry point close to the entry point for the Third cove at the end parking lot there is a URI setup of glass shelving supported by cinderblocks. Anyone know what it is?
