Goliaths are still in "heavy" numbers in Jupiter and West Palm. Here are some images from the weekend. Some I am posting just to help depict the sheer amount of Grouper on these sites: Wreck Trek: Zion, Miss Jenny, Bonaire, MG 111. A few of the images are simply to demonstrate just how many Goliath Grouper are here in Palm Beach County right now.

On a full crop view of this image, I count at least 40 Goliaths in the frame.

Not sure who was organizing them but it looked odd.

thnx for sharing

Beautiful shots. We are so lucky to have these aggregations in our local waters. It was not so long ago that we would be very excited if we saw 2 or 3 or even one out in the open and not running from a diver.

Definitely...we are spoiled in Palm Beach County. I was on the boat the other day for my normal weekly dives and was speaking to a diver from Ontario who was in town for a week to dive with the Goliath Grouper. He and his wife timed their vacation in order to see the Goliath Aggregation (and a day or 2 in Disney). They were as excited as I was when I hit Tiger Beach, Coz, and Isla (Sailfish and Whale Sharks) the first time. It put things in perspective for me considering I complain that my 25 minute drive to the boat is too long .
