I would use them as doubles, they balance and dive great and make a nice low profile 100cf package. YRMV.

As a matter of fact they do, when I go to my Atomic Frameless I have to take off four pounds and re-trim, lol. But, for your consideration, I like that old mask and it is easy to use with the camera because the four pounds of buoyancy offsets the heavy dome on my camera :rofl3: . So, therefore there is method to the madness unlike those of you who follow the guru's fashion recommendation without thought. :mooner:

Short doubles make a very compact package, instead of having a grain silo on your back type feeling the short compact double 50s feel great.
