Shannen is easy to deal with. Great service! I ordered bare 5/4 velocity in red. unfortunately my size did not come in red. She emailed me next day to be sure that a blue one would be ok. Even with the delay I ordered the suit on fri and had it by thursday. It's not a primary suit ofr me but an in between the drysuit and polartech. It fits like a glove. Would not hesitate to deal with them again. And I also was told if I wanted to to dive it once or twice and if it did not fit send it back! Now that's something you don't run into every day.
