Headache after dive

have a diving doc check you out at the same time check ont he tips the board gave.

i agee with the board on the tips ;

1. long slow deep breaths (should be relaxing breaths)
2. Drink lots of water or juices before diving (prepare to pee)

Thanks for your help. I think it was a combination of CO2 buildup and poor hydration.
