to my knowledge, none of the shops have helium. Id be scared to see the price too!
best bet is to bring all you gas with you to toby. Some bring K's and work with the shops for using the compressors

Helium? You can't even get a decent cup of coffee up there. You will, however, get plenty of $25 parking tickets. They're enforcing the 2-hr limit everywhere this year except the Legion and Chamber of Comm. lots.
