Doesn't that add interest to intrigue. Soo, I'm guessing this person was diving down at the Public Beach. New diver, so the gear is probably weighted down. The crab traps hardly move out there unless there is a storm, so its probably not much different than where it was dropped. 18' or less of water. Give me a location of the drop and I'll do a Search dive in the general area to see if its there and recover it.
