Help needed....looking to start a diving certifcation program for scouts in my locale

I know that when I joined scouts there was a High Adventure base down in the Keys that had a Scuba program as one of the options. I wasn't old enough to be a part of that at the time so I can't comment on the quality of it. That was about 15 years ago though so it might not be around any more.

Yea Sea Base is still there, just got back from there 3 weeks ago great diving.
