Help with SeaLife DC 310

I have heard that one especially if you have the macro sticks attached. Best to position the forward before entering the water as movement creates a small enough gap to cause housing to leak. Is the DC 500 built better in those regards and housing seal? I have not seen one up close in person.

When you have it pluged in to your computer, can you access the camera's file (with your pic's in it) though your file explorer.

When I plug mine in the camera is not workable but, my computer (win 2000)sees it as a removable drive I can access and get the pic's.

OK. tonight I was at the shop and my camera is working now. no idea why or how. the shop tried a few times and then it worked. Very weird. AC adapter and by battery power.
