The oceanic suit is a trilam suit, i am 6'1" and weigh 220, waist is roughly a 38 pant size, chest is about 42-44, the suit fits me a little big.

The current size of the boots is a xxl, he can put on any size boot, not sure if its ny or nj, I'd have to look at the exacts address
