Hey yall, recently moved to the Chicago area from Northern Ohio. Been diving for a couple of years mostly in the lakes and local quarries but started down in Destin Florida. Usually go out with Double Action charters so hit me up if you need a dive buddy!

Welcome. @MWUE is pretty active locally, as are a couple of the communities associated w various dive shops.

Welcome, there is a great community of divers in Chicago! As Grant mentioned, MWUE is an active and accepting GUE community that does events/charters throughout the region, and started bringing GUE instructors into the region this year as well - there is a community event and Fundies class happening in October at Mermet Springs.

I'm sure we'll cross paths on the boat soon!
