HE is readily available in few places worldwide and seriously cost prohibitive in some where it is available.

Not everyone is equally impaired at depth.

Not everyone is full mix certified nor wants to be for the few deeper dives they may make a year.

I consider an END of 150' my job,deeper than that I avoid when possible but it still is my job.After 180' they can keep the job.26M or 80' is ridiculous.A 100' end would cost me roughly $6000 per year and would likely not increase my production nor safety.
