The BBC news agency in the UK are showing a documentary on "What the World thinks of America".

In junction with this they've put up a poll on "Who is the greatest American"

Homer is killing the opposition!

Help him get past 50% .....

it is sad when Mr. T gets more votes than almost every one else.

I picked Abraham Lincoln right off. It was interesting to see that when you took out the comical ones. (Mr. T and Homer) that Lincoln and King Jr. are almost neck and neck.

It is understandable about Homer's popularity. He is a composite of a WHOLE lot of average Americans. He can survive dispite his own stupity.
