There is a thread asking about 50+ divers. From my prospective 50 is really young and about the average age for the divers I see on dive boats. I am curious how many active 70+ divers there are around.

Age?
Male or female?
When did you start diving?
How many dives have you made?
Date and place of last dive?
Certification level?
Where will you dive next?

I'm 73 (and not grumpy)
Female
In 1984 with horse collar BCs and J valves. (I freaked.) Wanted to get in the water and was certified OW in 1990.
I'm at 597 dives now.
October, 09 - Fantasy Island, Roatan. (Where you do THREE real boat dives per day plus more shore or drop offs if you like.)
OW
Turks & Caicos next March and Roatan in late April

Yo........

I'm glad to know I'm not alone diving at this age. Should we go for 80?
