If I have an open-type, I'll switch to my bungeed reg and fill it with my long hose.

If I have a closed-type, I'll remove my reg, blow in, and repeat depending on my depth.


Something to keep in mind with a closed-type is that your lips may lose a lot of strength in cold water. I've had to pinch my lips around the valve with my fingers to blow one up.
