And don't free dive after scuba diving. There are threads about it here, but the short explanation is that microbubbles can be compressed by the free dive enough to pass from the veins to the arteries and do big damage. Do your free diving before scuba diving, or on a day when you are not scuba diving. And if you scuba dive after free diving, take into account that there is some slight nitrogen loading left over. Probably not a lot, but be conservative with your computer or RDP.
