Well., then I will opt for an egyptian guide. My experience is that they are more fun to dive with. But thats just my experience

reg. tipping: If you go on a liveabord or a minicruise its usual to tip 50EGP per day to the crew, which will divide it amongst them. On a normal daytrip 20-30EGP is fine... the guide gets paid from the dive shop.... unless he does something extraordinary for you and you are very very happy you will not need to tip him/her....

About 1.5 year ago I dived with Deep Dreams in Hurghada, I didn't have any issues with them and would dive again with this company. Their first language is Hungarian, but english isn't much of a problem.

I would send an email to the general mailbox and Zozo as he is the guy whom I dealt with the most.
