Is there an operator for blackwater in Okinawa?

I've seen some photos on the blackwater fb group, but no one there responded when I asked. I imagine this is something you should do only with an experienced op (at least, if you are AOW, I guess maybe some very experienced people could figure it out themselves). So where did those photos come from, does anyone here know?
