Just because you are listed with the BBB doesn't make you a good company. Curious though...what does the BBB have on the
website concerning your builder?


The point of the thread is that there IS a way to check up on an LDS before you shell out thousands of dollars for equipment. Sometimes it is effective, other times it is not...as shown by the number of LDSs that are NOT listed with them.

My understanding (and it could be wrong) is that also by paying your fee to join, you are agreeing to have the BBB arbitrate during disputes with customers, so that it doesn't escalate into anything higher than that. Of course...I have been known to be wrong before.
