Welcome snowman...keep the cold weather up there with you. It`s been a mild winter in Chicago this year, we only dipped below zero (Fahrenheit) a handful of times this year (approximately -18 Celsius).

Snowbear, I am in the Northwest Territories. Its good to hear that there are others here from north of 60.

Bigsage136, I must confess that I too am now a "warm water wussie". After many years of using a chainsaw to get thru 4 feet of ice just to get to the water, I now save myself for 3mm diving.
 
72 degrees in the water today on the Captain Dan...101 fsw. Most had on 7mm. I was fine with 3 and a hood. Its the SI that that tests you.

The students didn't show up this morning, so I am stuck answering phones here in the dive shop. The air conditioning is stuck on high, its barely 70 f here on the shop. I would rather be out on the boat or in the water. Water temp is about 75 f here in Hawaii.
