Hi, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere or previously (I've looked but can't find the answer). Was there a recall on the JM Cousteau Royal balanced 2nd stage? What was the reason for the recall / exchange programme. Please & thank you in advance.

This is so long ago that I do not really remember. I think the issue was cracking at the air barrel boss of the plastic housing rendering the second stage a paper weight.
