That's pretty harsh coming from someone who doesn't own one.

What, the big grinning smiley face does not scream warm fuzzy post??? Now Technically I do have one (unfortunately its just to big for me). Want to buy a dry suit Merchant? That said Dry or not I am willing to brave the 55-65* water in Lake champlain and apparently just plane stupid enough to dive sub 40* in the atlantic wet so long as there is fresh seafood in it for me...... I "require" nothing other than water and a buddy.......

I'm not ready for dry suit yet. I will just wait for the lake to come up to temp.. June-ish, right?

To be honest I did not know the lake got above 55*?? lol I try not to look at the temps it hurts less that way........

I believe it maxed out around 70 last year..it is about 36 right now...

At the surface LOL

Matt

All this talk of temps is cool but what we all really want to know is:

Where there any vicious attacks from lampreys on these check-out dives? If so, any video?

So far as I know there have been no vicious lamprey attacks during the check out dives. That said, so long as the students dont know this we can still have some fun with them!
