Last Chance for Boat Dives Santa Monica Bay

For any interested advanced diver: 3 dives aboard "The Goby" on January 26, 2013 for a tax deductible voluntary fuel donation of $17.00, that's $5.66 per dive. Bring your own gear and tanks. The first dive will be in a designated square mile proposed sink site collecting bottom sample, imagery and notes regarding the future reefing of a 180' Iris or Planetree class Buoy Tender by California Ships to Reefs. The second/third dives will be researching the SS Star of Scotland or the Marina del Rey Artificial Reefs for developed marinelife/habitat for referencing. The Goby Dive Boat and HardcoreDiveTeam are contributing donors for California Ships to Reefs. California Ships to Reefs works to create sustainable marinelife habitats, by artificial reefs/shipwrecks for our diving pleasure and local economic improvement. Santa Monica Bay would be that much sweeter with new wrecks!!

Lunch will be provided, again at the hardcore price of 0. Your expenses to and from the boat ramp including fuel, scuba needs are tax deductible.
