....what, you didn't like the one I posted a picture of?

I know you're looking for just the cover and clamps, but then I'd be left with a partial case if I sent those pieces. Consider taking your parts to an automotive chrome plating shop and have the parts polished and re-chromed. That's what I did with the case in the picture. It was in really bad shape with verdigris and pits, now it actually has better than the factory chrome.

Yes Robert, I did like it, but no, I did not expect you to part it out. Thanks for the automotive tip. It opens other doors for options.
 
Basically copper coating over brass is not necessary. Most places do it as it is a standard part of their process; but the copper coat can be skipped (over brass) is the item polishes out smooth.
