I wanted to try out freediving, so I got this 5mm wetsuit along with a 7mm wetsuit. I tried the 7mm on first since I was going in the ocean and found out that I am allergic to Open cell neoprene, so I cannot use this yes. This suit is brand new and I have never dove in it. The suit is a size 3 based on the mares sizes. I am 5'7" and 160 lbs and it fits me very well. You can be slightly larger or a little smaller and this would still fit you great. Suit cost depending on where you look 350-400 ( pants and jacket always sold seperately) Will sell for $225
