Roots / Pharaoh Dive Club in El Quseir
Rohanou / Wonderful-Dive, Serib Kebir, a couple of miles south of El Quseir
Aurora Bay Resort / Ducks Diving Superior, a couple of miles north of Marsa Alam Town
(Marsa Egla beach with Dugong not far )

have visited those places many times
 
Can recommend Roots / Pharaoh Dive Club as well. Had a really nice stay there in august
