mb-sub Xmas sale Nov-Dec

Don't know if anyone's seen this over on their forum but mb-sub appear to be having a sale offering 20% off all canister light systems and all canister LED light heads. As I'm sure some of you know I'm bit of an mb-sub (and Apeks and Oxycheq) fan boy and own several of their lights including the VB-50 cave light. I think their prices put some people off as they are a little on the spendy side. Having said that they are extremely well made and very reliable, I've not had a single issue with any of my lights and have owned some of them many years. Thinking I might buy the triled-head, not that I really need it. I don't own any other can lights of theirs except the VB-50 which I bought about 4 years ago, I use every multiple times week every week and although is starting to look a little worse for wear, I've dropped the head a few times, it still continues to work flawlessly. About a year ago, IIRC, they updated/upgraded the LED module of the VB-50 so I sent mine back for the upgrade, the cost was reasonable. Anyway just wanted to pass this info on in case anyone's looking for a Xmas present for themselves. And no I don't work for my-sub or get free stuff, I've paid for every light I own, I just really like their lights and over the years have found them very good to deal with and the owner Michael is a nice guy. If anyone's interested in an mb-sub light, I own a VB-50, X1-VB, X1-FF and X1-800 feel free to ask any questions. Cheers.

Scratch the X1-FF, it seems they've stopped selling them, shame as it is a great back up and day time light. Bummer.

yes i agree with you that MB sub canisters are in the high range , but once you try it , you know why its pricey .
i was searching about 4 months before i bought it , i believe in german engineering and their quality and since its the only canister with variable beam on the market i decide to give it a try .
guess what , i was so impressed , and went back to his website and order another 2 backaup lights with variable beam too and a small fix head
the canister vb 50 i use it on wide angle with my camera and go pro for nudi photography .
since now heads are on sale I'm thinking to get the triled head with the 120 degree reflector its gonna be awesome for underwater video
