Smoked Salmon Shannon-style ....................
Thinly sliced smoked Scottish salmon plated with cucumber
relish, red onion and capers. Served with sliced brown
bread.

Oysters on the Half Shell ...........................
Served with fresh lemon and hot pepper sauce and thin
slices of Irish soda bread.

Oysters Rockefeller....................................
Topped with spinach, scallions, garlic, cheese, creamy
butter and then baked.

Hi all,
Nancy and I just got back from Cancun a few hours ago.
We got in a few dives and all is well.
We have another trip scheduled for the last week of this month for Vegas.
Have to see if we can free up some time for this M&G but we'll try to.
