My jaw started hurting on last dive

As i got to around 65 ft i felt a sharp pain in my jaw. I ascended around 5 feet and it went away. Is this some sort of squeeze?
 
Assuming you are talking about your lower jaw (aka mandible), was it localized to any specific area? While a 'tooth squeeze' is certainly possible, the reduction in symptoms may simply have been coincidental as transient muscle aches are not uncommon during extended periods of having your mouth open (ie scuba diving). If the pain was tooth specific and it's in contact with the mouthpiece, a fracture is also possible. You didn't provide enough information regarding the event so I don't have much to go on...
