i think the 32F water requirement must have been the first to go
 
I'm probably bumping up old threads but MAN I wish they would enforce the OLD SCHOOL standards for Scuba Diving. From the looks of things they used to be difficult but once you graduated that you were set for life. I understand they made it hard for a reason because the water is not gentle by any means and can kick your ass.

Anyone know if there is any agency that still enforces old school difficulty in courses in order to make you a better diver?
