Hi Gang,
This is a little off topic, but I thought you might enjoy it. I took a trip on the Nekton Pilot in January, and really enjoyed it. The crew was darn-near clarivoyant regarding the passengers' needs and it was just such a fun trip I'd recommend it to anyone.
I do a lot of work modeling in Google SketchUp in my spare time, so I took it upon myself to model the Nekton in 3D using this great (and free) program. Here's a picture:
If you're interested, you can see some more information on my model in the 3D warehouse at: Nekton Pilot Dive Boat by Yellow Jacket Productions - Google 3D Warehouse
As I said, Google Sketchup is free. If you'd like to download a copy so you can look at the model in greater detail, go to: Google SketchUp
Now for the fun part, I used a rendering tool (also free) called Kerkythea (available at: http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/) to render the Pilot model in better detail with textures, lighting, etc. Here are a couple of snapshots of one of the renders. Fun!
Enjoy!
