I don't know when it happened but Scubapro redesigned the everflex glove to put a semi-dry style tight two layer cuff on the glove.
It used to be a standard neoprene glove with shaped fingers and a cuff that worked well over dry seals. The new design completely changes the feel and application of the glove and has removed this as an option for me. I wear a size Large glove and find that the glove is the same size but the cuff has become longer and extremely tight compared to the old design. So much so that they are nearly impossible to use with cuff rings... they just can't be ticked into place.
Does Scubapro offer a model similar to the old design? If not is there a dealer that has stock in the size Large of the old glove that I can obtain?

Barring all that can anyone suggest another brand 5 millimeter glove without a huge semi-dry or Velcro strapped cuff that I can try?

There will be a 5mm Gauntlet glove coming out this Fall that should solve this problem for you.
