I just got off of the phone with Robert Turpin - Division Manager of Marine Resources Escambia County.

We spoke for quite a while about the project. The project is delayed. The company that quoted and won the contract to manufacture the "reef units" per specifications now states that they are in fact UNABLE to produce them. So it will probably have to be re-bid or resubmitted under a plan with different structures.

The timeline in indefinite. All in all it is a disappointing situation, however Mr. Turpin was very pleasant to speak with. He invited me to follow-up with him in a few weeks.
