hello everyone - I just joined the forum for:
1: Planning a trip in Oct 2013 to La Paz, BC. and looking for good reports from users of dive operators (not resorts, just boat operators for single day trips)

2: Potential DB's for beach diving during the summers in Laguna Beach, CA

I live in L.A., Remote field service rep for Oil and Gas Industry - I'm free any day i'm not in the field or traveling

Certified in 1972 and 1999 at Laguna Sea Sports by Carter Bruesing and Chris Carter respectively.

Inactive NAUI DM approx 500 dives.

Have Fun in the Baja. La Paz can be good, but long boat rides.

You might want to checkout Cabo Pulmo.

If you have the time & money, Soccoro is well worth it. But you would have to go the first part of Nov.
or later.

Thanks, yes, Cabo Pulmo is a consideration - quite a long way from La Paz - I just talked to a guy last week about Soccoro - he says it is GREAT!
