Who is Ray Odor?

Ray is a true legend living just north of Tampa in Lutz Florida selling spearfishing shafts. His website is;

Spearfishing Supplies by Ray Odor

But that's nothing. Grab a cold beverage and google his name and you will be overwhemed at what this icon has done in over 60 years of spearfishing and at 81 yrs old, still diving. Some of it you will laugh your butt off. I'm proud to have been able to share some great times with him.

So, I reccieved my gun today and was checking out the 2 9/16" bands.

How would 3x 9/16" compare to 2x 5/8" and 1x 3/4" band? on a 54" Biller?

Try the shortest 5/8" band you can load, if that's not enough, add a second one.

If you freeshaft, the one will do.

And I prefer the Spearfishing Specialties gray bands...they are very powerful and last a long time IMO.
