Several things. Due to the 45deg angle I found it difficult to aim. The LCD was not aligned with the window exactly and too small to see very well.

I didn't like the 45 deg thing for about 15 minutes. Then I realized how good an idea it is. I can keep my camera much lower then my head and body and still get on the level or below my subjects.
I put a piece of duck tape on the little cork pad on the bottom right in the houseing and that fixed the misalignment and the shutter release problems.

Nikon 4300 and CP4-Pro housing. Now, if someone would kindly tell me how to set my camera up so that it takes the picture when I press the button, not when it decides is the right time?
 
Coolpix 5700 but probably selling it and going with a D70 DSLR

I use the Nikon Coolpix 5000 with a DS 50 strobe on an Ikelite 6190 housing.
