In the case of Captain's rig, the only (pressured) O ring is the valve to regulator O ring.

I am not going to wade through so many pages of this .

If Captain's tank valve O ring has a 50/50 chance of failure that would not jive with reality in any form or fashion since the chance of failure is significantly less than 50/50.

But, I know you are joking around, .

I do not agree with the 50/50 proposal, it is incorrect and statistically invalid, sorry.
